. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least seven days prior to the scheduled date to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.

No-shows:

Clients who fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may be charged a fee equivalent to the total reservation cost.

Refund Processing:

Refunds for cancellations or modifications will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the booking process.

Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, Quickrent reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation fees as deemed necessary.
